What do I need?
1. Our Mix
Our mix comes in 1kg bags, ready to use.
2. Hot Water & Jug
Fill a large jug (we recommend 5L) with 2.3L of hot tap water.
3. Stick Blender
Pour in one bag of our mix and blend with a stick blender for 2 minutes.
4. Soft Serve Machine
Pour the mix in to your soft serve machine & freeze/chill. You can also use our mix with ice cream roll machines.
