These terms and conditions govern the relationship between you and Valor Vegan Ltd when you order any of our products through our websites “valorvegan.com” , “veganwaffles.co.uk” & “vegansoftserve.co.uk” (“the Website”)
Any reference to “you” or “your” means you are a customer of our products. Any reference to “we” , “us” or “our” is referred to as Valor Vegan Ltd.
Please tick to accept our terms and conditions when shopping with us, by not ticking you are not accepting our terms and conditions and therefore you will not be able to order anything from our websites.
We insist that you please read through our terms and conditions very carefully.
Valor Vegan Ltd is a company registered in England with company number 12124173. Our registered office address is 70 High Street, Gravesend, Kent, DA11 0BH.
All of our products, services and websites are the intellectual property of our company Valor Vegan Ltd. Any images or videos of our products are for illustrative purposes only as the product you receive may vary slightly from the photo or video that you may have seen, especially as different computers and devices can display these images and videos differently.
You are responsible for opening and inspecting our products on arrival and storing them in their required methods as displayed on their packaging. You are responsible for any preparation of our products, we are not liable if our products have been stored or prepared incorrectly.
If you have any allergies you are responsible for checking our packaging thoroughly to ensure that none of the ingredients will affect you, if you are not 100% sure or there is a problem with the packaging then please contact us prior to consumption. We are not liable for any negative health issue you may come in to from using our products.
Returns and refunds
Due to the type of products we sell, if you require to return your purchase for a refund the purchase must be returned in its original packaging within 14 days of purchase and show no signs of damage or tampering with.
You may cancel your order only if 12 hours notice is provided from the time your order was placed, to avoid your order from being processed you must contact us ASAP.
You have legal rights in relation to products that are defective or not as described, if the products we deliver to you are defective or not as described we require that you contact us immediately with your issue. We offer a 72 hour window from delivery for you to contact us. If we do not hear from you after this period we will not be able to assist you. We may also require photographic/video evidence of the defective or misdescribed product.
Once your return has been delivered back to us, is analysed by our quality control team and deemed acceptable, only then will you will receive your refund within 7 working days. We may need to perform a full investigation caused by your return and this may delay your refund. If foul-play has been the outcome of the investigation you may not be entitled to a refund at all.
We currently only deliver Monday-Friday.
Delivery times may also depend on the quantity of your order and the level of stock we have at the time of your order, if your order can only be partially processed we will contact you with the option of having part of your order until more stock becomes available, holding your order until full stock is available or cancelling your order.
Where do we deliver to? We deliver within the U.K for free with the exceptions of:
- Eire (Republic of Ireland)
- Isle of Man
- Northern Highlands
- Northern Ireland
- Orkney Shetland
Where we may have to apply a shipping fee, please get in touch to find out the cost of that fee.
We ship internationally too! Please contact us for a shipping quote.
Price & payment
The price of our retail products and retail delivery prices do not reflect the prices available to our wholesale customers who must get in touch for further pricing information.
We only accept credit/debit card payment at the time of purchase, we do not accept cash/cheques/bank transfer or offer credit accounts/services. We use Stripe payment services to process your payments. If you have any issues regarding payment, please get in touch with our support department at email@example.com
Prices for international customers may vary slightly due to the exchange rate from your currency to GBP.
Events outside our control
We are not liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a contract that is caused by events outside of our reasonable control.
Law & jurisdiction
Any claim or dispute arising out of or in connection with our products or services will be governed by English law. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with such contracts will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
